We are working with a **leading mobile advertising technology platform**with a strong presence across Asia, focusing on innovative mobile solutions and publisher partnerships. As part of their APAC growth strategy, they are looking for a **business development professional**to help deepen market coverage, build new partnerships, and drive revenue in Southeast Asia and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Development & Relationship Management**
- Identify and approach **local gaming developers, publishers, and distributors**through industry events (e.g., TGA, GDC), business meetings, and online conferences.
- Understand client needs in depth and design **customized advertising proposals**for different gaming products (SLG, MMO, RPG, etc.).
- Drive deal closing, budget conversion, and long-term cooperation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups, strengthen client relationships, and identify repeat or upsell opportunities to increase client lifetime value (LTV).

**Market Research & Competitive Analysis**
- Monitor gaming market trends (e.g., regional user preferences, compliance policies) to provide insights that guide business expansion.
- Analyze competitors’ ad strategies and partnership models, identify differentiation points, and support tailored market entry plans.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**

Coordinate with legal and finance teams to support contract negotiations, risk control, and payment processes to ensure compliant and smooth cooperation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Media, Game-related fields or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a **business development / account management role at an advertising agency or adtech company**.
- Familiarity with gaming markets in **Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan**.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics; able to use data to support business decisions.
- Knowledge of mobile OEM ad platforms and native advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple ASA) is a plus.
