We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase awareness of our virtual event platform. As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns that attract and engage audiences to our platform.

As a Marketing Lead, your job responsibilities will vary on a project-by-project basis. Applicants get to:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase awareness of our virtual event platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Develop content marketing strategies to engage and educate target audiences.
- Coordinate with event organizers and sponsors to leverage marketing opportunities and increase visibility of the platform.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new marketing opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma qualifications in marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and willingness to try new approaches and technologies.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Lower Secondary Qualification (preferred)
