QA Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate customer audits, overseeing the entire process from planning and scheduling to preparation, hosting, and response.
- Host customer audits under supervision as needed, maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach throughout the entire auditing process.
- Collaborate closely with process owners to identify root causes and establish plans for Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) in response to audit findings.
- Provide assistance in generating comprehensive audit response reports and maintain effective communication with auditors.
- Ensure the timely implementation of CAPAs to effectively address the root causes identified during the audit findings.
- Conduct reviews of internal processes and documents through Quality Assurance (QA), following AlphaLife Sciences Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Offer support for quality improvement trainings and projects as required within the organization.
- Aid the QA Manager in maintaining the ISO 9001/27001/20000-1 system.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the QA Manager to contribute to overall quality assurance efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational requirements: relevant degree in medicine, pharmacy, health sciences.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and operational quality is preferred.
- Good Experience in Quality Assurance with knowledge in Good Clinical Practice.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with process owners to identify root causes of issues identified during audits.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting QA reviews of internal processes and documents
- Ability to offer support for quality improvement trainings and projects within the organization
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
