**Human Resources**:
- Develop, manage, and monitor effective delivery of HR shared service operations
- Manage and oversee the payroll processing
- Manage HR reporting and ensure compliance with tax rules and legislation
- Manage operational service issues and escalation for resolution, translating issues as opportunities for continuous improvement and further process streamline
- Review processes to improve employee experience, achieve operational efficiency and increase productivity
- Collaborate effectively with HRBPs and other team members to drive operational excellence
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree holder with 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience working in a HR shared service environment
- Familiar with Employment Act, CPF Act & knowledge in Finance functions
- Proficient in MS Office and SuccessFactors
- Self-driven, meticulous and able to meet multiple deadlines
- Hands on operationally with a passion and drive to standardise and simplify workflows and processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
