We are looking for a **Public and Analyst Relations Manager, AP** to be based in our Singapore office.

The Public and Analyst Relations Manager is responsible for leading the public and analyst relations team to enhance brand awareness and strengthen thought leadership through key media, communities, industry associations, educational institutions, influencers, and analyst in support of the Asia Pacific strategic priorities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute and monitor a regional public relations strategy covering all online, offline print and media, industry associations and analysts in alignment with the key AP and global stakeholders.
- In depth understanding of audiences and ability to identify key issues to guide prioritization of outlets and engagement strategy.
- Drive the Rockwell Automation narrative across all public facing audiences including press, industry analysts and influencers, and social media. Ensure that all content and public facing materials are consistent and on brand.
- Create and manage a thought leadership platform for company executives. Increase visibility of company’s executives and SMEs through speaking, editorial and other opportunities.
- Develop direct relationships with the media and key analysts. Acts as the corporate spokesperson to the media, analysts and the general public at large.
- Oversee selection and management of PR agency and other third-party resources.
- Manage the communications budget and maximize the company’s investment in PR and analyst relations.
- Leverage, create or refine messaging and content in close collaboration with the global counterparts to support outbound communications and engagement in alignment with AP strategic priorities.
- Participate in development of crisis response plan and manage media during crisis.
- Use social and traditional monitoring tools to measure, analyze and report on changes in awareness, perception; identify emerging media trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on all PR and Analyst engagements. Implement improvement measures to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the strategies and its execution.
- Proactively manage information flows for all outbound activities (maintain editorial calendar).
- Lead, coach, and mentor the public and analyst relations organization. Motivate, develop, and empower team.

**About you**
- Experienced PR manager with 8+ years of public relations and communications experience in a B2B technology environment.
- Close media contacts at top tier publications and online outlets.
- Proven track record of creating and executing creative PR campaigns.
- Proven people management skills with the ability to manage, coach and motivate employees in a remote and matrix organization environment.
- Solid business and financial acumen, experienced in managing PR agencies and 3rd party providers.
