Senior, Technical Support Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for break-fix support for Laptop, desktop, tablets, Mobile Devices and associated hardware peripherals including software upgrades and setup
- Understand business and security requirements and implement IT infrastructure solutions including server, network, virtualisation, storage, backup, cloud operation etc.
- Manage and enhance IT infrastructure to support areas related to IT security (e.g. cybersecurity), business continuity, disaster recovery and information risk management
- Provide LAN/WAN/Wireless/VoIP service support and manage Network routing or quality issues and provide effective technical expertise on LAN/WAN/Wireless/VoIP services support.
- Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support
- Assist in internal and external IT audit
- Provide on-call support if required outside business hours
***Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (or equivalent) with 8 years relevant technical experiences.
- Experienced in setting up office infrastructure is highly advantagous
- Industry Technical Certifications eg.CCNP, CCNA Wireless, CWNA or CWNP and experience with Microsoft, Linux, Networking would be well regarded.
- English (high proficiency in spoken & written).
