Position Overview Provide technical support, driving process improvements, automation, and digitalization while supporting maintenance documentation and project activities. Key Responsibilities Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, and SMEs to identify and implement process improvements. Evaluate and deploy digital tools to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Develop data management systems and visualizations for equipment and system performance. Support new technology introduction, improvement projects, and EIO package preparation. Act as liaison across teams for SOPs, Work Orders, Job Plans, and documentation updates. Review and ensure accuracy of maintenance documentation, signatures, and revisions. Participate in GEMBA/system walk-downs and follow up on action items. Perform other assignments as directed by the Maintenance Manager. Required Qualifications Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
