**Responsibilities**:

- Verify the accuracy of all invoices received from overseas agents against the system.
- Reconcile Statement of Accounts (SOA) with counterparties and send SOA to counterparties for verification.
- Facilitate group settlements, including collection and payment on behalf of the organization.
- Process bank receipts and ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Execute payments via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Fast Payment methods.
- Handle Singapore Customs related financial transactions and documentation.
- Manage Accounts Receivable in both USD and SGD currencies.
- Monitor and process receivables via cheque payments.
- Maintain oversight of the organization's bank position and ensure liquidity management.
- Review and address Overseas Unconfirmed SOA reports.
- Prepare and distribute SOA Overseas Reports as required.
- Generate monthly volume reports to track financial performance.
- Compile Monthly SIN-Profit Reports to analyze profitability in the Singapore market.
- Prepare monthly Profit and Loss Job Reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with GST filing requirements.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Singaporean financial regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is desirable but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,400.00 per month
