**Job Purpose**:

- To support the administrative activities (e.g. issuance of Purchase Order, filing etc) in Procurement Department.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assisting buyers and expeditor to Raising Purchase order (PO) / Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) / Commercial invoice / Packing list (CIPL)
- Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining files, typing, data entry, processing Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as requested.
- Organize and perform procurement activities relating request for quotations, sourcing, simple bid evaluations, award of order and post award for non-complex material.
- Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
- Preparation for vendor evaluation assessment form
- Provide administrative support to Procurement Department.
- Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
