**Duties and responsibilities**
- Prepare and condition soil for planting, including area layout and bed setup
- Grow crops using soil-based methods from seeding to harvest
- Set up and maintain irrigation systems (manual or semi-automated)
- Monitor plant health and growth regularly
- Manage pest and disease issues using organic or approved methods
- Determine proper harvest timing and carry out harvesting activities
- Restore and maintain soil quality for the next planting cycleMaintain basic farm records (planting dates, input use, harvest data, etc.)

**Requirement**
- Hands-on experience in soil-based farming
- Knowledge of organic farming practices and natural soil enhancement techniques
- Experience in pest and disease control using sustainable methods
- Ability to plan and follow crop growing schedules
- Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor farm environments
- Able to record and report farming activities clearly
- Good teamwork and communication skills (basic English preferred)
