Your role will be to:

- Lead the team to achieve company-wide and departmental goals, as well as agreed KPIs in Relations core processes (e.g. onboarding of new providers, escalations management if any)
- Ensure the provider experience key initiatives smooth development across the teams and manage implementation of those projects as applicable in your area
- Manage capacity plans, keeping oversight of staff level requirements. Proactively address and escalate any risks, ensure appropriate performance management action
- Create an environment that encourages and delivers success - you must have the ability to inspire your team whilst developing your team members to the next level
- Act as focal point for the Provider Relations in your region of influence
- Represent the Provider Relations team in your region in a variety of forums: you'll have to liaise with both internal and external senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with other areas inside PSO - Front and Back End: Care team, Reconciliation, Claims & Adjustment teams
- Contribute to change and innovation and be pro-active in identifying opportunities for improvement
- Use data insights to challenge day-to-day operations
- Support the continuous improvement environment across teams
- Produce meaningful, accurate management reports and statistical information in line with formats and timescales agreed with management, including trending and enhancement activities to quantify operational impacts
- Develop and maintain proactive business relationships, both internally and externally to ensure a seamless delivery of service
- Interact with the senior management to adapt your processes to meet evolving objectives
- Use independent judgement and discretion to review and resolve complex issues
- Travel and visits to providers may be required up to 10% of your time

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 1-2 year experience leading teams composed of senior contributors
- Healthcare industry background preferred: administration, finance, external relations B2B, account management, medical...
- Exposure to the industry regulations and custom (insurance/bank industry)
- Experience in coaching, managing, developing and motivating individuals
- Demonstrated experience in driving a team to achieve excellent provider service results
- Active language knowledge of at least English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven data analytics skills (advanced Excel, Qlikview, Tableau, SalesForce reporting...)
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change, experience of leading and implementing change
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong communication skills: demonstrating drive and enthusiasm
- Action-orientated problem-solving skills / process improvement
