**The Role**

As a Senior Corporate Development Manager at Refract Technologies, you will be responsible for the company’s strategic growth initiatives in the gaming industry. This includes identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions and partnership opportunities. With a comprehensive understanding of the gaming market, strong analytical abilities, strategic and creative thinking skills, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will play a crucial role in the company's continued growth and success.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition and partnership opportunities in the gaming industry that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Conduct due diligence on potential targets and assess the financial and strategic fit of potential deals within the gaming market.
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring with potential partners and acquirers in the gaming industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, acquirers, and other key stakeholders in the gaming industry.
- Assist with the integration of acquired gaming companies and partnerships, including the development and execution of integration plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure that all deals are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in the gaming market to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:
**Traits We’re Looking For**
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and other data.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator, who can clearly articulate ideas and information to stakeholders both at a highly technical and layman level.
- A proven track record of success in negotiations, with the ability to effectively communicate and persuade others to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically to tackle complex challenges and drive business growth
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a related field within the gaming industry.
- Ability to execute business case development, including dilution, depreciation, and closure processes.
- Can assist with client onboarding and creation of materials such as decks to showcase services offered.
