**Working Hour**:

- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Fridays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

**Qualifications**
- mínimally possess a GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate with 4 passes (including English) or equivalent.

**Skills**
- Must be able to communicate and write in both English and Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A pleasant demeanor who is able to multi-task, think-on-the-feet, work in a fast-paced environment, provide good customer service, practice good time management, and work as a team.

**Experience**

The Personnel should preferably have:

- Two years of experience in reception work.
- Experience in working in a MOE school environment.

**Job Scope**
- Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifying school staff of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Attending to students who are unwell/ injure themselves as well as alerting teachers to contact their students’ parents, when necessary.
- Operates telecommunication system in compliance with MOE’s guidelines.
- Collation of data. Filing of documents.
- Updating of General Office’s notice board(s).
- Ensuring that teachers clear their in-trays daily.
- Manage donated school uniforms and ensure proper and tidy arrangement.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Support in management of contractors’ work orders.
- Support in sign-in and sign-out of coaches and instructors attendance.
- During off-peak period, support back-end Admin in basic admin work.
- Housekeeping for admin office and stores.
- Any job as and when required by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Operations Managers.
