**The Job** - Performs chemical clean and non-destructive inspection of gas turbine engines module and component parts in accordance with respect to applicable manual and approved instructions - Locates of defects in various materials, components and structures with a high probability of detection - Ensures that all engine parts are detected for defects according to the prescribed standards and procedures - Examines, interprets and evaluates test results with regard to applicable standards - Records findings and test results - Conducts scheduled system performance checks - Interprets EM Manuals and applicable CIR for Engine Models - Reads updates on maintenance manuals, service bulletins, other specifications and regulatory requirements - Performs general facility and equipment maintenance including 6s housekeeping - Participates in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing programs including Kaizen events - Participates as a team member in the relevant Safety sub-committee team and periodic emergency response evacuation drills **Requirements**: - GCE " N" or "O" Level / Nitec/ Higher Nitec / Diploma from a Technical discipline - Progressing to or Qualified NPT Level 2 Inspector in FPI or MPI methods - Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach - No colour perception deficiency; Passed visual acuity test - 2 years of working experience **Others** - Job seekers who are looking for a career switch to aerospace sector and those who have completed their national service are welcome to apply - OJT Training will be provided for new entrants to become a NDT (FPI and MPI) certified inspector
