WHAT YOU WILL DO

Core Product Development & Iteration:

- Drive performance optimization in complex scenarios, tackling memory management, rendering efficiency, and multi-platform adaptation challenges

Cross-functional Collaboration & Implementation:

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams throughout requirement analysis, technical solution design, and execution
- Translate business requirements into efficient technical implementations while ensuring delivery quality and user experience

Technical Architecture Evolution:
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Core Technical Expertise:

- 3+ years Flutter development experience with mastery of Dart language
- Familiarity with Flutter-native interactions and basic iOS/Android development capabilities
- Working knowledge of web development and Vue/React frameworks

Product-centric Technical Vision:

- Obsession with user experience excellence through pixel-perfect UI implementation and performance tuning
- Solid understanding of HTTP protocols and full-stack collaboration mechanisms with end-to-end troubleshooting skills

Engineering Mindset:

- Passion for solving complex technical challenges through first-principles thinking (e.g., cross-platform rendering consistency)
- Strong self-motivation and ownership mentality to deliver continuous value in a startup environment

GREAT TO HAVE
- Experience with AI/LLM integration concepts and related product development
- Browser-based audio/video expertise (FFmpeg/WebRTC/WebAudio)
- Backend development (Node.js/Python/Go) or cloud service experience (AWS/Firebase)
