What you will do Understand and demonstrate compliance to Site Safety rules, led by example and reinforce safety mindset among the team. Understand Business Controls and compliance to company standards, led by example and reinforce control sensitivity among team. Provide engineering expertise support to the Singapore Manufacturing Complex (SCP and Refinery) for safe and reliable operations. The work includes but not be limited to engineering assessment, engineering design, plant troubleshooting and equipment failure root cause failure analysis, long term equipment improvement initiatives and provide engineering solutions to problems in specific field. Provide support for major shutdown maintenance or major equipment maintenance work. e.g. T/A or GTGs major inspection etc. Key contact for their area of expertise Provide technical training as required in the area of expertise Collaborate among Business Team (PMTE) and participate in respective network activities as required.
