Singapore Opus IT Services Pte Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Trouble-shooting on I.T hardware and software products (Desktop PC, Laptop, Printers etc)
- Perform remote trouble-shooting using client remote tool
- Work closely with various IT resolver group to resolve customer software desktop issues
- Manage server backup tape, monitor backup status
- Troubleshoot network and WiFi connectivity
- Asset Management
- _To contact Authorized Service Provider for hardware repair_
- _To test and prepare new machines_
- _Asset tagging of machine and updating of the asset database_
- _Disk wiping and disposal of hardware_
- Audio Video Devices Management

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Min Nitec
- Experience: Engineer (3 - 5 years)
- Relevant hands-on experience
- Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
- Able to work independently as well as in a team

Working Hours: 8am to 4:30pm

TO and FRO company transport is provided between company & Tuas MRT.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,100.00 per month
