Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Accounts Payable (AP) Support**:

- Assist in managing Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Review AP transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve AP-related issues.

**SAP Troubleshooting and Coordination**:

- Identify and troubleshoot SAP system issues related to AP accounting processes.
- Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to resolve SAP-related problems efficiently.
- Provide training and support to team members on SAP functionalities and best practices.

**GST Management**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of GST transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collate necessary documentation and prepare GST submissions in a timely manner.
- Monitor changes in GST regulations and update processes accordingly.

**Withholding Tax (WHT) Compliance**:

- Accurately compute Withholding Tax (WHT) for various transactions.
- Prepare and submit WHT reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on WHT regulations and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

**System Enhancements and Process Improvements**:

- Facilitate the evaluation and implementation of system enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of process improvements and recommend further optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Audit Management**:

- Handle internal and external audit matters related to master data.
- Facilitate and support audit processes to ensure compliance.

**Ad Hoc Tasks and Assignments**:

- Undertake additional tasks and assignments as delegated by management.
- Provide support in various accounting-related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of ad hoc assignments with high accuracy and attention to detail.

**Additonal Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in the engineering, construction, oil & gas or energy industry would be a strong advantage
- Meticulous, detailed, self-motivated and responsible individual who can meet tight reporting deadlines and work in a fast-paced environmentPossess good communication and interpersonal skills.
