**Roles & Responsibility.**

Set-up and Operation:

- Set up and operate digital and screen printing machines for the production of container lids, tissues, PP/PET cups, and paper bags according to job specifications and production schedules.

Material Handling:

- Select and load materials (cups, lids, tissues, paper bags) onto printing machines.

Ink Preparation:

- Prepare and mix inks, ensuring proper viscosity and color consistency.

Printing Quality Control:

- Adjust machine settings (color, pressure, speed, alignment) to achieve optimal print results.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure products meet quality standards (color consistency, print alignment, finish quality).
- Conduct regular inspections of printed materials and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve print defects or issues.

Machine Maintenance:

- Perform routine maintenance on printing machines (cleaning, lubricating, ink replacement).
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of machine maintenance and malfunctions.

Production Efficiency:

- Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor material usage and order supplies to prevent production delays.

Safety and Environmental Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety and environmental standards during production and machine operation.

Pre-press Support:

- Perform editing and touch-up of artwork (layout, minor amendments) on print files and images.

Data Tracking and Analysis:

- Develop and implement a system for documenting production data (waste, production times) to track and improve efficiency.

**REQUIREMENTS.**
- Bachelor degree in printing and packaging technology or equivalent.
- Fluent with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Word & other PC software.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in printing
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and equipment (e.g. Digital printing & Screen printing).
- Familiarity with printing inks, materials, and color matching.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures in a production environment.
