Singapore Eden School Full time

**Responsibilities**:
**Oversee PE & CCA portfolios for both Eden Campus 1 and 2.**

**Strategic Management**
- Member of leadership team; align department directions to school’s strategic thrusts & defined quality of life outcomes.
- Review PE and CCA programme to align to school’s Curriculum Framework.

**PE Programme**
- Develop differentiated PE curriculum following Eden School PE Framework.
- Lead PE team to develop, plan & conduct Sports & PE programme for all 3 profiles of students from both Junior & Senior tracks.
- Lead PE team to develop lesson plans, videos and relevant resources (eg work systems, visuals)
- Coach PE educators to conduct differentiated PE lessons, evaluate lesson effectiveness and improve lesson delivery.
- Develop e-learning resources to equip educators in conducting PE lessons.
- Lead PE team to develop assessment rubrics, assess students’ skill levels and provide inputs in semesterly progress reports.
- Provide inputs to timetabling team.
- Plan scheduling for PE team members and assignments for YFAs.
- Induct & coach new PE staff via a systematic formalized induction programme

**CCA**
- Plan, implement & review CCA and Talent Development Prorammes.
- Plan & monitor CCA allocation and schedule.
- Liaise with different stakeholders (educators, vendors, Education Admin, Admin & Ops department) to operationalize CCA plans.
- Monitor conduct of CCA and review progress (vendors, transport, lunch support, progress report, invoices, conduct AAR)
- Review CCA briefing Sharepoint, CCA SOPs and CCA ICs’ feedback inputs.

**Internal & External Student Participation**
- Organize internal & external events according to school calendar and priorities e.g. Sports Day, OBS camps, inter-class sports competitions
- Identify and train students for external competitions e.g. Special Olympics, SDSC, Unified Sports, Play Inclusive.

**Financial & Resource Management**
- Plan budget for approval (PE, Gym, CCA).
- Manage and track budget usage.
- Oversee upkeep and regular maintenance of PE equipment and stores.

**Campus 2 Planning**
- Provide inputs for set up of facilities and running of PE and CCA programmes for Campus 2.
- Oversee procurement of PE, CCA & Gym equipment and resources.
- Liaise with external vendors to support PE/CCA programme.
- Oversee PE team assignment and provide inputs to timetabling team.

**All other duties as assigned by School Management**

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in Physical Education from a recognized educational institution
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Strong organizational skills, keen to details and can work with minimum supervision
- Team player, flexible and have strong sense of responsibility
- Experience working in Social Service Sector is an advantage
