Attractive Remuneration (Basic + Commission)Duty and Responsibilities: Registration of new and existing customers Answering phone calls and assist customers with their enquiries Scheduling of appointment for clients Dispensary of medicine Collection of payment General administrative duties of the clinic Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic Drive sales to meet targets Handle customer enquiries on promotions and leading clients to products Perform inventory replenishment as and when needed Other ad-hoc tasks as requestedRequirements: At least 1 year of working experience in Beauty / Aesthetic Clinic/ Massage or Therapy / SPA / Clinic Sales Operations/ Front Desk/ Customer Consultant & related field is required for this position Self-motivated and results driven with a positive attitude Customer service and sales oriented Basic IT skill Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, who is able to handle Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues and documents (We are TCM clinic) Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holiday
