Marketing & Communications Intern

Requirements and Responsibilities

As a marketing and communications intern, you will be given the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of marketing areas. You will work alongside the marketing manager/team to drive the company’s corporate brand vision and strategy, manage and reinforce strong corporate identity and develop our brand ethos and values across our multi-disciplinary business areas.

**What you will learn**:

- Participate in conceptualizing, developing and executing marketing communications strategy plans and promotional activities
- Propose, plan and create content for the target audience(s) across our business units using digital and social media channels
- Content creation would include copywriting for long and short form content, production of graphics, short videos and slide animations - for awareness, consideration and lead generation campaigns
- Track and analyse the performance of campaigns and content
- Support in any other duties assigned by the supervisor

**What we are looking for**:

- Currently pursuing tertiary education in business, marketing/ communications, or related field
- Interested in gaining exposure marketing analytics, market research data tools and developing different content types as part of a complete content marketing strategy
- Familiarity/Experience in Google Analytics is a plus
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment

**Corporate Sales Manager**

We are seeking for talented and enthusiastic Sales professionals who are up for challenge and take exceptional performance to heart to drive and contribute to revenue growth for our business.

**What You’ll be Doing**

**New Business & Retention**
- Develops and acquires new business revenue from new and existing clients, assigned prospects in identified sectors or market areas.
- Identifies growth potential in new sectors, formulate sales and marketing plans which support profitable new business and retention objectives.
- Achieves individual and department sales goals to ensure company’s business goals including new revenue, profitability, retention objectives are met.
- Manage and execute the sales process from successful prospecting through point of sale and positioning the company’s service offerings to customers as solutions to meet customer’s requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, RFQs and tender documents to ensure that service offerings and SLAs meets customer’s requirements.
- Through visibility and active engagement, build positive relationships with prospective customers, appointed brokers, agencies, agents and business organizations.
- Generate consistent and continual stream of sales pipelines through visitations, direct solicitations, participation and networking at industry events.
- Submit consistent flow of qualified new business opportunities and achieve the required new business closing ratio targets.

**Account Management**
- Work closely with cross functional teams to execute account management action plans.
- Manage and promptly resolve customers’ queries, feedback and issues.

**Other Related Activities**
- Track and conduct monthly reviews of sales
