Based in Singapore, take charge of building one of Zenyum's most strategic growth projects: Expanding our portfolio of Smile Cosmetics products with a focus on electronics products such as power toothbrushes.

Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, armed with a strong execution skill, and creativity combined with structured thinking you drive the development of new Smile SKUs from product conceptualization, user research and testing, supplier sourcing and negotiations, supervising product testing to setting up a stable supply chain. You will take ownership of expanding our product portfolio for our markets in Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, and Taiwan as part of our New Products & Innovation Team.

You will be working in our Consumer Products HQ Team directly reporting to our Head of New Products Development & Innovations.

**You will be fit this role if you**:

- Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in FMCG, product development, or related fields. Experience in consumer electronics will be strongly preferred
- Background in Industrial Design, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechnical Engineering, Phygital Product Design, and Product Development
- Business fluent in Chinese strongly preferred
- Are highly structured in your work and can work independently under pressure
- You have an eye for long-term thinking and building great customer experiences
- Are passionately tuned into South East Asia's consumers and can articulate what makes a great product
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table
- Enjoy engaging in a highly ambitious and international environment, in the heart of the most dynamic digital region in the world
- Entrepreneurial and interested in working in a VUCA startup environment

**We are looking for an ambitious New Products Development & Innovation Senior Executive to**:

- Build and scale our new Smile Cosmetics business by developing a portfolio of new smile and oral care-related SKUs focused on consumer electronics products (Power Toothbrushes, Waterflossers, etc.)
- Oversee the process of expanding our product portfolio in the consumer electronics space, including building and managing our global supplier relationships
- Experiment & establish clear product requirements via market research, internally or externally
- Ensure readiness of all plans from concept to commercialization; go-to-market and portfolio management; creating strong alignments between Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Assure competitiveness and innovation of products and processes, in line with the company’s vision
