As the Group Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to revamp the institution's global marketing strategy and collaborate with global leaders to drive growth in the region. The role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a drive to constantly innovate.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and driving all private bank marketing activities, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring measurable results
- Developing innovative marketing strategies to increase client engagement and drive business growth
- Providing guidance and mentorship to your team, enabling them to build streamlined processes for relevant stakeholders internally and externally
- Establishing access metrics and evaluating the impact of marketing initiatives to support private banking business growth
- Advocating the adoption of new technologies to enable advanced solutions and improve customer experience, while ensuring strong governance and risk management disciple
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, while leading global/regional projects to achieve marketing objectives

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Brings at least a decade of marketing experience to the table, with significant time spent working within private banking and global financial services
- Proves capable of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the digital realm
- Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses exceptional business acumen and a remarkable ability to navigate complex information with ease
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization, leveraging exceptional communication skills to drive cross-functional partnerships.
