**Intro**:
**What will you do**:
**Sales and Business Development**
- Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Eagle Inspect software across APAC.
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics across the full sales cycle.
- Grow strategic partnerships in target industries and accounts.

***Market Strategy and Positioning**
- Monitor competitive landscape and customer trends.
- Collaborate with product marketing on positioning and campaigns.
- Represent Screening Eagle at key industry events and conferences.

**Customer and Product Collaboration**
- Act as voice of the customer to product, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Support configuration and rollout discussions with clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with leadership on GTM strategy and execution.
- Provide structured feedback to inform roadmap and prioritization.
- Support backlog grooming with customer input.

**What do we expect**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales or business development in APAC.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (6-7 figures).
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Comfortable traveling up to 50% across the region.
