As a Retail Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of retail execution, including store operations, event coordination, and inventory management. Working closely with the Retail Operations team, you will support day-to-day activities to ensure smooth in-store execution and contribute to achieving operational and sales objectives.

**In Detail**:
**Brands: Ryo, mise en scene and Illiyoon**

**1. Store Visits**
- Conduct regular visits to assigned supermarkets and pharmacies to provide outstanding service, build strong customer relationships, and drive orders across all product categories.
- Ensure optimal product visibility and sufficient stock levels, with emphasis on key SKUs, both on-shelf and in backroom storage.

**2. Promotional Display Execution**
- Ensure timely setup of promotional displays, update POS materials, and verify pricing accuracy during promotional periods.

**3. Return Collection & Stock Management**
- Coordinate the collection of expired or defective products from retail outlets.
- Identify, report, and escalate quality-related issues as necessary.
- Work closely with the Finance team on administrative processes, including raising CSRs, submitting Return Authorizations (RA), and handling sales-related adjustments due to discrepancies.

**4. Sales & Market Feedback**
- Provide the Sales Team with insight on store performance, display execution, and competitor activities.
- Track and report weekly updates on promotions and Out-of-Stock (OOS) items across Singapore.

**5. Event Coordination**
- Oversee monthly atrium sales events, including setup, inventory management, and on-site sales operations.
- Coordinate and conduct training for part-timers to ensure smooth execution and adherence to brand standards.

Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as required.

**Education and Experience**

1. Basic knowledge of merchandising is a plus

2. Able to handle moderate to heavy lifting

3. Able to communicate in simple English (spoken and written)

4. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

Working days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday / 9am - 6pm) and able to commit 1 weekend per month for atrium event.
