**WHAT TO EXPECT**:

- The 2-year rotational program gives you exposure to various roles within all facets of Human Resources
- Learn about the various areas of Human Resources within the industry.
- Permanent placement in a HR Executive role under a year (for excellent performers).
- Specialization Options after 1 year : Recruitment, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Employer-Employee Relations

**THE JOB**:

- Reports to the HR Manager
- Assist in Recruitment and Employee Engagement Tasks
- Assist in Payroll and Commission computation.
- Tax clearance matters for foreign employee leaving company
- Manage timely on remittance of all statutory contribution
- Checking attendance for all outlets and resolve any discrepancy issues
- Prepare employee salary (including incentive, commission and allowances)
- Ensure and manage the payroll standard reports are required by the corporate office, management and local regulatory bodies
- Provide admin support and any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field.
- Fresh graduates, no experience or entry level are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about being trained in HR and willingness to learn.
- Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate in learning all facets of Human Resources
- Preferable can join our team as soon as possible.
