**What the role is**
DEPUTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (COMMUNICATIONS)
**What you will be working on**
Communication specialist in Knowledge Management (KM) Division to contribute to our LTA mission and drive KM communications strategies.
This role calls for exceptional written and presentation skills to develop and execute LTA KM communications plan.
You will promote the importance of KM and role of KM Division as a preferred partner in managing key knowledge for LTA core business to stakeholders
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver strategic LTA KM messages and marketing programmes to Management, committees and business groups
- Design and execute communication plan, presentation materials, speeches and marketing collaterals to promote KM branding across LTA
- Partner stakeholders to ensure intended KM outcomes are achieved through clear and impressive presentation of institutional knowledge such as case documentation, functional handbooks, etc.
- Review and manage communication platforms to promote our intended KM messages and institutional knowledge
**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s Degree in mass communications, marketing, business or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, experience in KM work an advantage
- Team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
- Resourceful, creative and meticulous to details
