Complete & Pass the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) Exam.
- Develop assigned market segments.
- Engage in marketing exercises to capture business in assigned market segments.
- Advise clients in areas of Human Resources related to Government Grants / Initiatives specific to the client’s organizational needs ensuring that human capital serves the best interests of the client’s business.
- Advise clients on issues related to Workplace Relations and Performance Management.
- Assist in assessing clients' training needs - Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Performs other related duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business - Major in Human Capital or Diploma in Human Resource.
- Verbal & Written proficiency in English is a must.
- Basic knowledge of the Employment Act.
- Good communication skills with multi-tasking abilities, a proactive and positive attitude at work.
- Able to work in a systematic and organized manner.
- Provides support and assists others.
- Must be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and constantly striving to achieve results.
