Business Controller

**As the SEA Business Controller your purpose includes**:

- **Strategic business partnering**:collaborating with key internal stakeholders, your focus will be to swiftly build trust and understand the GVR business. Using your financial expertise and knowledge of the business, you will use quality data to drive management decisions on financial forecasting, budgeting and the analysis processes.
- **Driving financial improvement to business operations**: through managing sales forecast processes for the South East Asia region, coordination of key sales and order statistics, driving strong analytics + impactful recommendations focussed on funnel conversion. You will lead the preparation of yearly budgets and strategic plans and be involved in tender preparation.
- **Transformation and best practices**: you are passionate about financial trends, best practices/ technologies and new ways of working. Using your continuous improvement mindset, you will pioneer fresh ways of working, including the conversion of any transactional processes into value adding capabilities. This includes pricing activity, margin leakage and profitability analyses.
- **Collaborating with stakeholders**: You will work across an array of internal and external stakeholders, holding yourself accountable and having your ‘finger on the pulse’; across different parts of our business that interact with stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who has good experience across the Accounting landscape, currently working as a Business Controller/FP&A Manager or similar. Naturally, you are analytical, and have good financial commercial exposure.
You hold an accounting qualification, ideally with CIMA or CA/CPA registration, and have worked across global/multi-national organizations with high corporate demands. Ideally, you have worked in the Industrial, Manufacturing, or Service Industries and have led robust financial control and reporting.
