Business Management Trainee

**Responsibilities**
- Drive daily operations and service of all areas of business
- Ensure proper documentation and training of employees
- Communicate effectively with all staff members
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Planning the work output with the Manager for the organization
- Providing support to various departments of the organization
- Maintaining a positive working environment for the employees
- Involvement with critical strategic and cross sector projects
- Regular performance feedback and personal development planning
- Opportunities to work together with a wonderful Graduate cohort to knowledge share and deliver on a great range of projects
**Requirements**:
- Excellent command of language
- Strong in networking and relationship building
- Self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience

**Salary**: $2,900.00 - $4,060.00 per month
