We are looking for skilled and experienced **VP, Finance**to join our team of high-performing professionals and keep our finances positioned for continued success as one of the leading licensed Financial Technology Group for digital assets, digital payment and digital exchange platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting CFO in relation to all financial, accounting matters, cash management, tax, audits, regulatory reporting, all other daily operation of the group and subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly accounts for group and subsidiaries, assessing monthly performance, identify areas for revenue growth and cost saving and cutting.
- Preparing and interpreting monthly performance reports, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
- In charge of full aspect of accounts and finance for Singapore holding company and oversee subsidiaries in China, Hong Kong, etc.
- In charge of annual audit, quarterly GST and corporate tax reporting.
- Liaise with IRAS relating to Quarterly GST submission. Prepare all kinds of schedule and forms that required by IRAS.
- Assist in regulatory and governance matter relating to the company and related companies; ensure compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) requirements.
- Liaise with Auditors for the year end auditing process. Prepare all kinds of schedules to facilitate the audit process. Answer auditors’ queries related to perform of the Group.
- Work closely with internal stakeholder pertaining to finance questions, and assis in preparing budget and cash projection for the Group.
- Provide training to junior staffs.
- Review Subsidiary audit schedules, FS and other related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines, preferably as a fully qualified Certified Chartered Accountant.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant accounting and finance experience with at least 5 years of experience in handling audits, tax and regulatory reporting, preferably within banking & financial service, fintech environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, principles, and procedures.
- Experience with full set entity accounting and preparation of financial statement, including consolidation.
- Has good Financial Product knowledge and experience with MAS reporting and full audit procedure.
- Display sound knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and taxation rules.
- Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including team members and senior management.
- Professional and possess strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Independent, pro-active with effective problem-solving skills.
- A team player that collaborates well with other departments.
