
Senior / People Partner Executive

The People Partner Executive supports HR consulting to the business.
He / She liaises with line managers to understand critical requirements, projects future skills demand and collaborates with hiring managers to prioritise requirements.
He / She influences business leaders to support the assimilation of new hires into the organisation effectively.
He / She guides learning managers to focus on learning programmes to bridge staff capability gaps and build new skills. He / She partners the business in the identification and management of high-potential talent, and the implementation of succession plans.
He / She advises on non-monetary benefits options to align it with workforce needs. He / She manages employee issues and supports line managers in exit and retirement processes.
As the main point of contact between HR and the business, he/she is an excellent communicator who aligns interests among various stakeholders to promote a cooperative and collaborative work environment.
He / She adopts a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organisational and employees' needs and issues.
He/ she tracks the conversion success rate for each sourcing channel and provides administrative and logístical support during onboarding.
He/ she executes employee engagement activities and collates responses and feedback while ensuring confidentiality of information provided.
He/ she enjoys working in a team environment and interacts proactively with various stakeholders. He/ she has a service-oriented mindset and can adapt to various forms of technology within his/ her work space to enhance his/ her work.
This is a shared function for multiple BUs and supports Human Capital initiatives & execution at a Group level.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Talent Attraction, Employee Experience & Relations
- Support in developing hiring collaterals based on organisation's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Deliver onboarding for new hires
- Manage retail part-timers in accordance to boutique manpower requirements
**Employee Compensation & Benefits**:
- Process payroll
- Collate submitted benefits claims and process benefits claims
- Respond to employee queries on matters relating to benefits
- Prepare Performance, Rewards and Other Employee Data
- Maintain historical and current employee data in HR system including upkeeping of employee P-Files
- Prepare and facilitate the mandated government surveys under the Statistics Act (e.g. Labour Market Surveys etc)
**Talent Engagement**
- Conduct monthly HR engagement
- Facilitate employee feedbacks and employee engagement survey
**Learning & Organization Development**
- Source and contact training providers and arrange for trainings for employees
**Human Capital Initiatives**
- Support in the implementation of human capital initiatives and programs at the Group level
**Education & Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree majoring in Human Resource Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English
- Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS will be an added advantage
