**About the team**
Like all teams, our People & Culture team plays a significant role at Doctor Anywhere. We partner closely with leaders, managers and employees to build a culture where everyone feels included and valued at work. We support business needs by attracting, hiring and developing talent to build up a strong organization, while managing our workplace and people operations in a way that keeps employees engaged and productive at work.
**About the role**
We are looking for an experienced Senior People Partner (HRBP) to support our growing teams in the region.
You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and have a passion for partnering with managers to deliver impactful talent solutions and culture for this workforce. You will work closely with business managers across multiple teams and sites in South East Asia (SEA) to ensure HR deliverables are met.
You must be skilled at designing HR practices for our workforce, strong in influencing and mentoring others and great at building strong relationships at all levels. We need a business partner who can balance the need to be strategic along with the ability to demonstrate empathy and roll up your sleeves attitude. You are passionate about providing excellent internal client support and driving HR operational excellence along with the People & Culture team. Experiences in compensation and total rewards is a big plus in this role.
This role reports directly to the regional Vice President, People & Culture.
**Responsibilities**
- Is a trusted advisor and operates with a strong business mindset and understanding of business needs to execute people-related strategies together with leaders and managers.
- Manage People Partner team with best practices as trusted partners to leaders and employees.
- Design and deliver people programs and solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, workforce planning, cultural change, compensation review, and change management.
- Develop and drive appropriate People-related transformation and change management plans to align with the company’s strategy and priorities.
- Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent attraction, development, performance management, succession, organizational effectiveness, company policies, programs and building a high-performance team.
- Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and People Operations to provide positive employee experience from hiring and onboarding, development to offboarding of employees, driving HR operations excellence throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Promote a culture of feedback and open communication among managers and employees across DA.
- Use a data-driven approach to provide insights to leaders to drive business outcomes.
**About you**:
- 10-12 years of experience in HR function, ideally in business partnering in a high-growth or start-up environment.
- A collaborative and thoughtful experienced HRBP who sees the big picture and is comfortable getting into the details.
- Experience in team management and excellent leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the changing HR environment, best practices and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on key issues, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with any HRIS (preferably BambooHR), GSuite especially Excel skills.
- Experience in driving cultural change in mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
- Resilient and comfortable working and leading in a changing and dynamic environment.
- A great team player with proven ability to work collaboratively to develop and execute HR programs in a diverse environment.
- Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role.
