**The Role**:
As the **Business Development Manager (Public Sector & GLCs)**, you will drive growth across Singapore’s **government and public-linked enterprise segment**, developing strategic relationships and securing opportunities in technology transformation projects.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of Singapore’s public ecosystem, and the ability to position cutting-edge technology solutions effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute business growth strategies targeting government agencies, statutory boards, and Temasek-linked companies (e.g., ST Engineering, Singtel, CapitaLand, Keppel, Sembcorp, etc.).
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, Application Development, and IT Managed Services.
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle, including prospecting, tender (GeBIZ / RFP) management, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and project sponsors.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
- Track market developments, government digital policies, and public-sector investment priorities to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare market intelligence and competitor insights to support management decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in **Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields**.
- **5 years**of relevant experience in **business development, key account management, or sales**within the **public sector or GLC ecosystem**.
- Experience in public procurement processes, including GeBIZ and ICT framework tenders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology (AI, Cloud, Data, or Digital Services).
