**Responsibilities**
- Supervise the daily activities for Procurement, Material Planning and Warehousing functions.
- Maintain the procedures and conduct training to internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.
- Drive, coach & train the team in cost savings, dual source strategies and address issues from suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance to maintain, groom or develop alternate sources/drive corrective actions for those rated as unsatisfactory.
- Review inventories spend & turn time to meet budget and plan goals.
- Perform regular market benchmarking to ensure best costs, products & services.
- Identify opportunity & develop new suppliers or product substitute.
- Address & internalize concerns arising global supply-chain challenges.
- Identify, communicate & collaborate with all internal stakeholders and suppliers to streamline process to resolve tactical issues.
- Monitor, analyze budget against actual to drive inventory optimization or other strategic buying opportunity, at site or regional level.
- Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Logistics Management, or other Engineering disciplines.
- 5 years of relevant experience with Procurement and/or Material Planning in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic procurement and forward planning skills with ability mentor junior buyers and planners.
- Effective in driving process improvements and project implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Qlik sense or Data Analytical tools.
- Knowledgeable in capital equipment buying to support digital transformation and smart factory.
- Resourceful and self-motivated with a learning mindset.
- A good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Materials planning and procurement experience in Aerospace MRO or Manufacturing is a plus.
