**Job Title**:Warehouse Operations Executive
**Location**:West
**Employment Type**:Full-Time

**Working Hours**: 5.5 days per week
- Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmSat 8am-1pm

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Handle loading and unloading of goods from containers and lorries
- Sort, pack, and systematically organise inventory to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
- Verify and accurately document product details—such as labels, serial numbers, expiry dates, and markings—using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor and update inventory levels in WMS; promptly report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
- Participate in regular stock-takes and assist in preparing inventory reports
- Carry out any other warehouse-related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Perform general housekeeping duties within the warehouse
- Good work attendance and punctuality are essential
- Adhere to building management policies, including access control and non-smoking zones
- Flexible and willing to take on other tasks as assigned by management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
- Possessing a valid forklift license is an added advantage
