**The Role**

The Client Strategy team is the backbone of the firm, responsible for maintaining a strong ever growing client base. In this role you will report to the Client Strategy Manager and will be responsible for:

- Delivering large-scale programmes with marquee B2B clients
- Building strong client relations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class client experience
- Participating actively in tracking analytics and reporting of programme metrics and outcomes

**Ideal Profile**
- You have at least 1 year experience in a Client Management role, preferably in SaaS or Consulting firms or in insurance domain.
- You possess strong organisational, interpersonal and client management skills
- You are passionate about impact driven work and are highly result-driven
- You are detail oriented, with a strong focus on quality delivery.
- You can work well in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking on challenges
