Recognised bachelor degree and/or higher in civil engineering by Singapore PE Board.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in civil engineering works design and execution and of which at least 15 years of experience in project managerial roles of mega project and at least a PD role experience in LTA project.
- Resourceful experience in civil works design, technical expertise and construction work planning management for LTA projects and good geotechnical engineering back ground for CR105 bored tunnel project.
- Able to lead the project team and overall respobsible for the construction progress.
- Report directly to top management for construction progress, cost impact and control based on the planned construction progress schedule.
- Familiar with LTA MRT station and tunnelling projects and/or road proejct requirements and specifications with at least 10 years of experience in related field.
- Attend LTA weekly and monthly progress meetings, project director meeting as well as meeting with relevant stakeholders, and responsible to answer and solve the problems encountered by presentation of appropriate construction methodology.
- Able to communicate well with LTA project team and LTA management team for project execution and discussion with good negotiation skill. And able to keep good communication channels, relationship and treatment with project's relevant stakeholders.
