**Job Overview**:
The Design & Fabrication Manager is responsible for the fabrication, and finishing of jewelry pieces based on designs provided by an external design team. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, executing precise metalwork, and ensuring each piece meets quality and design specifications. He/she communicates regularly with the outsourced design team to clarify design intent, provide technical feedback, and resolve fabrication challenges, ensuring smooth coordination between design and production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently execute all stages of jewelry fabrication from interpreting design files to final finishing. Ensuring each piece meets design and quality expectations.
- Communicate directly with the outsourced design team to review design files, clarify specifications, and provide technical input to ensure designs are practical and fabricable.
- Manage personal workflow, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while ensuring consistent craftsmanship and adherence to quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with digital fabrication tools and manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of materials (metals, plastics, wood, composites).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
