As the Sales Lead for the MHA Tribe, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth within the Ministry of Home Affairs sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals, build strategic relationships with C-suite executives, and uncover new business opportunities to contribute to NCS's vision.

**What will you do?**

**Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead and inspire a team of business development and sales professionals to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales coverage and foster team growth.
- Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on professional development and innovation.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their career growth and retention.

**Sales Strategy & Business Development**

**Sales & Growth Strategy**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the MHA sector.
- Ensure year-over-year growth through performance-driven initiatives and market alignment.
- Implement business development strategies that align with market demands and NCS’s growth vision.

**Sales Process Management**
- Manage the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, to maintain a high-quality pipeline.
- Oversee account penetration, prospect qualification, and the sales cycle.

**Business Opportunity Management**
- Identify and convert high-potential opportunities into valuable client engagements.
- Pursue new business opportunities to balance short-term gains and long-term growth.
- Lead account planning sessions to align with client needs and business objectives.

**Adaptive Market Strategies**
- Adjust strategies in response to market changes, client feedback, and performance data to remain competitive.

**Strategic Partnerships**
- Develop and manage framework agreements to establish long-term partnerships in the MHA sector.
- Build strategic partnerships that drive innovation and meet evolving MHA needs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic partners, ensuring collaboration and shared growth.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify future opportunities and ensure client satisfaction through regular strategic discussions.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Align NCS's strengths with MHA requirements to create competitive tender opportunities.
- Coordinate tender responses by working closely with the Client Service Unit, Lines of Business, and NEXT Services.
- Oversee bid preparation to maximize win potential and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Guide internal stakeholders on sales strategies and client needs.

**Sales Performance & Reporting**
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline and revenue achievements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Set and distribute sales targets to ensure workload balance.
- Develop metrics to measure sales initiatives and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is advantageous
- Proven success in sales leadership roles within MHA or related sectors.
- Over 8 years of experience in ICT services or consulting, with a focus on business development.
- Experience in technical sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on developing and executing sales strategies.
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives.
- Familiarity with NCS processes and commercial arrangements.
