**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, builders, architects, and distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product channels.
- Collaborate with marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, industrial products, or building systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required to client sites, trade shows, etc.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with large-scale construction projects or industrial manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with bidding, tenders, or government procurement processes.
- Technical background or engineering experience is a plus.
