**CTO Office Intern**

**About This Role**
- We are looking for a highly self-motivated, self-starter individual who collaborates well with others and thrives in a fast paced environment.
- The CTO Office will give you the unique opportunity to work closely with Product Engineering leaders to drive high-priority initiatives that will shape the organisation's growth.
- The role is cross-functional and will involve close collaboration across different Product Engineering teams and business units to bring initiatives to fruition.
- This role is based in Singapore.
- This is a minimum 3 months full time internship position.

**What You Will Do**
- Drive successful projects within Product Engineering, including but not limited to:

- Developing and maintaining structured framework to ensure contractor records are up-to-date, including onboarding, offboarding and conversion
- Enhancing internal business operations and processes
- Developing monthly newsletter to ensure Product Engineering teams are kept up-to-date with department updates
- Enhancing tracking of departmental goals via company-wide OKR programme
- Implementing resource management processes within Product Engineering, including managing organizational structure, blueprints and manpower guardrails
- Engage with Product Engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of your initiatives.

**We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have / Are**
- Available for a minimum 3 months full time internship
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel and / or Google Slides and Sheets
- Possess an analytical mind with a strong eye for detail
- Keen and fast learners; self-motivated individuals who possess strong work ownership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
