- To work to achieve goals and target in terms of Guest satisfaction, upsell, cost control and overall team performance
- Understands and utilizes Front Office and Food and Beverage information to manage everyday operations and generate innovative solutions to approach team, business, and administrative challenges.
- Exhibits behavioral styles that convey confidence and command respect from others; makes a good first impression and represents the company in alignment with its values.
- Ensures compliance with all In Room Dining polices, standards and procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial components, controls, inventory, costs, expenses, and all cash handling procedures and policies and ensure compliance training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management
- Supervises daily shift operations.
- Helps to manage the delivery of amenity packages and VIP gifts.
- Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
- Reviews GuestVoice, comment cards and guest satisfaction results with team members.
- Ensures all hosts have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.

**Job Requirement**

Educational requirements:Preferably GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent

Years of experience: 3 years of Luxury Hospitality Service background preferred
