**Description**:
BUTLER - The World's Finest Hospitality Group is hiring the following position - Condo Conciege (Residential)

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet residents/guests/tenants in a professional manner.
- Provide quality service to tenants/guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously
- Assist in overseeing the general cleanliness of the main lobbies and report to FCC on the breakdown of lifts/escalators
- Assist Fire Safety Manager during fire drills by directing traffic flow
- Assist with requests for transportation
- Arrange for laundry pick up at Level 1(L1) Reception and delivery back to L1 Reception on behalf of residents
- Recommendation of 3rd party vendors (housekeeping, tutors, catering, party planners, babysitting services, pet care, car services, pest control, etc.)
- Wet weather assistance
- Assist with recommendations and reservations at various restaurants, tourists attractions, hotels.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum experience of 3 years as a Concierge in a hotel or private residence
- GCE “O” Levels and above or a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
