**Responsibilities**:

- Assist supervisor in ensuring the efficient running of Air Export Warehouse operations according to SOP and service agreement with vendor.
- Assist supervisor in Operation, Health and Safety Policy as detailed by the department and Company with service provider.
- Assist supervisor and work with service provider to implement action plans to address areas where KPI are not being achieved or where service levels are not maintained.
- Assist supervisor to maintain proper and adequate packing/labelling materials for warehouse/BUP usage.
- Monitor and allocate protection materials to BUP team to ensure all these are used orderly to achieve cost effectiveness.
- Assist supervisor in ensuring warehouse equipment used by service provider is maintained properly and used accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
- Assist supervisor in ensuring all MSD export shipments/containers are received, performed, label, verified and tendered to terminals in accordance to SOP requirements.
- Assist supervisor to monitor and ensure all project shipments are perform to requirements.
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Willing to work at ALPS Ave
- Willing to work afternoon shifts
- Possess at least a Diploma or Certificate
- Prior experience in Traffic, Freight warehouse or Air Expor related roles is a plus
