The job can range widely in **duties **and **responsibilities **, handling specific type of organizing, scheduling and managing day-to-day security manpower and operations. Must be able to work and adapt to **fast-pace stressful **environments. Ability to work and cope with work stress during manpower deployment.

**Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- at least 3 years work experience in Security Company / Industry
- Must have a valid driving licence (class 2 / class 3)
- Must be immediately available (advantage)
- Knowledge in handling rostering / manpower deployment
- Responsible for the smooth flow of daily activities in security industry operations which are to be carried out in accordance with the company's operational SOPs
- Ensure sufficient manpower deployment on sites
- Liase and Assist the Operation Director in any additional tasks required to facilitate the daily security operations
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

**General Overview
- Handle the day-to-day operations activities and ensure they carried out systematically and meticulously in accordance to the company's standards and operations.
- Coordinate with upstream / downstream / internal operations and manpower deployments on sites for a smooth operational flow
- In-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites
- Assist in OJT training for new officers and conduct refreshers on SOPs
- Assist in Handling workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
- Assist in training security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement
- Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel

In addition, the following are some of the tasks that are to be performed:
**Specific Roles and Responsibilities**
- You will be assigned as part of security manpower for a minimum of 3 times per week. The aim is to familiarize you with our site security needs and requirements and it will allow you to gain more experience and foster good working relationship with our security manpower.
- You will be assuming Duty Officer role 2 times per week where you will be leading the day-to-day operations and be responsible in updating all activities to the Operation Director
- You will be tasked to visit sites as per monthly schedule to assess on the manpower performances.
- You will be tasked to manage and handle Virtual Command Centre (VCC) and handle all the requirements.
- You will be assigned to provide relevant support in our business activities such as Event Management, Red-Teaming and Security Consultancy Support Team
