Summary

We are searching for a highly motivated Manager to join Scoot's IT Department and manage our Navitaire Airline Passenger Service System (PSS).

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Navitaire Airline PSS system, including monitoring performance, identifying and resolving any issues, and implementing updates or upgrades as needed.- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any system-related issues that may arise.- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and resolve technical problems, and ensure that all systems are running efficiently.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.- Responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic planning and project management aspects of the airline's passenger service system.- This role requires effective leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills to ensure efficient and cost-effective passenger service operations.- Stay current with new technology trends and advancements in the industry, and identify opportunities for system improvements.- Develop and implement long-term strategies for the airline's passenger service system, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with Navitaire Airline PSS systems.- Strong understanding of airline industry operations and processes- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex systems.- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network architecture.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
