Singapore ISLAND GROUP CLINIC - TANGLIN Full time

Clinic Assistant is responsible for the effective administration and operation of duties assigned at the counter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide receptionist duties at front counter (Register Patients, Phone calls)
- To compile Medical Reports/Lab result for doctor’s reporting/finalizing report/Uploading of case notes
- Preparing & Dispensing Medications
- Assist doctors in simple clinic procedures including Chaperone
- To update billing & tally daily collection/cash for accounting purpose
- Performing basic tests on patient (E.g. measurement of height, weight, administering urine test, vision test etc.)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assign

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Ability to prioritize and manage work effectively in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work in a team dependably
- With positive ‘willing-to-learn’ attitude
- Speak & Read English, Mandarin (advantage) & Dialect
- 5.5 days work week

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
