**Duties and Responsibilities of a Clinic Assistant**
- Register and triage patients, as appropriate to clinic operations; may assist with routine medical procedures.
- Answers telephone inquiries from patients and others; refers calls as appropriate, and/or schedules appointments.
- Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals, and/or diagnostic procedures.
- Support day-to-day unit clinical and administrative operations.
- Obtains and verifies patient billing information, processes patient accounts, and maintains records.
- Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Minimum Job Requirements**
- Not necessary to have clinical experience as training will be done on job.

**Clinic Operational Hours**
- Monday to Wednesday 830am to 5pm (1 hours lunch break)
- Thursday to Saturday 830am to 1230pm
- Administrative duties will scheduled either on Thursdays or Fridays after clinic closes
- Max 44 hours of working hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $1,300.00 - $2,400.00 per month
